This position is responsible for local execution of operational HR activities. The Specialist is the key point of contact of employees and main partner for the local implementation of international/local projects or initiatives
High-level Responsibilities
- Provide end to end local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the BU/location providing business intimacy
- Key point of contact to employees and managers for HR related queries, self –service transaction, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process supporting requiring face to face interaction and hard copy documentation
- Responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end to end operational HR services
- Guarantee administrative and operational support in key and strategic international projects
- Responsible for delivery of the following services:
- Ongoing onboarding
- Local learning activities
- Delivery of actions plan related to engagement
- Support in local events
- Local query resolution (including facility related tasks)
- 2 years of experience in People Team Department
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Demonstrable excellent communication skills and relationship building
- Ability to engage and collaborate with people at all levels
- Good knowledge in local labor law
- Proficiency with digital tools
- International experience is valued
- Degree in Law, Psychology, Sociology, Economics or other relevant business area
- MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered a plus
- Fluency in Romanian and English
