Job Description

• Co-creating the strategy for building our software development service offering.
• Participating in presales – understanding client needs, proposing architecture, estimating efforts, and presenting solutions.
• Managing development teams on projects (no micromanagement – you own the tech and delivery aspects).
• Developing internal engineering standards (code review, tool selection, development best practices).
• Supporting the sales and recruitment teams in selecting the right candidates for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Shaping our tech identity – from delivery processes to market presence.
  
  

Qualifications

• Someone with experience as an Architect / Tech Lead / Head of Engineering / CTO – minimum 6–8 years in the IT industry.
• A person who can talk to clients not only about tech but also about business impact.
• Someone familiar with the realities of body leasing, but ready to build more.
• A professional who understands delivery – from brief to deployment.
• A leader who listens, mentors, and brings out the best in their team.
• English min B2.
