Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Business Administration, Advertising, Media and other related departments
• Performance Marketing experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• At least 1-year work experience in a business environment or similar
• Have a passion for digital products, generally tech-interested and tech-savvy
• A never-ending desire to grow and learn
• Highly motivated and responsible
• Having experience in MMP tools and ad platforms
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities
• Creative mindset and open for new ideas
• Passion for trying different ad styles
• Innovative and proactive mindset
• Excellent problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with motion designers and marketing team
• Constantly think outside of the box to inspire change with new ideas
• Monitoring digital marketing campaigns
• Feeding the team with creative ad scenarios
• Research industry trends and competitive landscape to act quickly on emerging opportunities
• Help us refine and bring fresh ideas into our ads
• Optimizing ads by our objectives
• Creating ad strategies by taking into consideration trends
