About the Role
Unisystech Consulting is a Canadian software house specializing in fintech and banking solutions. We're currently looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our HR department. In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of administrative and human resources tasks — from onboarding and offboarding to employee support and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and updating HRIS systems
2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws
3. Responsibility for inputting, initiating and finalizing employee records updates in HRIS
4. Providing administrative support, such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, compiling data for audits and compliance checks related to HR processes, etc.
5. Responding to first level employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
6. Assisting with additional administrative tasks and HR-related projects as needed
Our Requirements
1. 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or a related role
2. Working knowledge of HR best practices and Polish labor laws
3. Familiarity with HRIS systems
4. Excellent communication in English and organizational skills
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
