PSM is looking for a Junior Web Developer with foundational knowledge in modern web development, email coding, and CRM integration. This role is both strategic and hands-on, working across teams to create high-impact digital experiences. You’ll partner with design, marketing, and analytics to build and maintain platforms that fuel performance and innovation—and help shape the future of digital marketing.  

Responsibilities

Web Development:

• Design and build responsive, scalable websites using Drupal and WordPress
• Implement and manage code changes across existing platforms
• Write clean, efficient code in HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS & PHP
• Utilize build tools like Gulp and Webpack
• Use terminal and CLI tools for local and remote development workflows
• Conduct basic server administration (including cPanel and WHM)
• Apply performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices (including AI-powered SEO)
• Integrate and manage tracking implementations via Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Support analytics setup and validation using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and other developers for seamless project execution
• Maintain organized, documented codebases with version control
• Leverage AI tools and systems to increase development efficiency

Email Development & CRM System Management:

• Build HTML-based emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot
• Manage email templates, testing, and deployment across CRM platforms
• Ensure cross-client compatibility and responsive performance of emails
• Support marketing automation efforts through technical CRM integration
• Work alongside performance marketing team to align tech with campaign goals
• Maintain a working knowledge of CRM system structures and data requirements
• Implement best practices for deliverability, tracking, and optimization
• Align email and CRM efforts with analytics goals and data tracking
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting in GA4 and GTM

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional web development experience
• Familiarity with Wordpress or Drupal
• Foundational background in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with task runners/build tools (Gulp, Webpack, NPM)
• Comfortable using terminal, SSH, Git workflows
• Basic server and DNS management (cPanel, WHM)
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot email development or other CRM programs
• Familiarity with AI tools for SEO and development productivity
• Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Solid grasp of UX/UI design principles and mobile-first development

Compensation:

Starting Salary: $85,000 to $90,000 + Employee Stock Options + Benefits
