A soon-to-launch, self-funded e-commerce platform, is seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager to lead B2B growth efforts across Qatar and the GCC. The mission of this platform is to curate organic and bio-certified wellness products, aiming to inspire conscious living in the region.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and secure strategic B2B partnerships aligned with our brand and vision
  • Engage wellness-focused outlets and decision-makers to introduce our product portfolio
  • Oversee onboarding, integration, and collaboration with suppliers and partners (product bundles, pop-ups, etc.)
  • Coordinate closely with Project Manager and Operations Manager to ensure seamless rollouts and on-time launches
  • Support local market education via events, training sessions, and product sampling initiatives
  • Monitor partnership performance and track KPIs, providing regular insights and reports
  • Share competitive and market intelligence to support internal strategy
  • Manage supplier communications and product order placements based on inventory timelines


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–7 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or account management, ideally within wellness, beauty, or FMCG
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven track record of pitching and negotiating with external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of the wellness and beauty space in Qatar or the GCC is a major plus
  • Experience with e-commerce tools (Shopify), CRM systems (Klaviyo), and customer service platforms (Gorgias) is highly desirable
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English strongly preferred
  • Willing to travel within the GCC as required
