Role Overview
As an ICT Project and Incident Manager, you’ll be part of the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Management team where project management skills play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and completion of activities. These skills involve meticulous planning, resource allocation, and goal setting, leading to increased productivity and reduced wastage of resources and are indispensable for enhancing efficiency and organization, enabling effective communication and collaboration, mitigating risks, and adapting to unforeseen challenges. You will be reporting to the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Manager and working closely with many teams and stakeholders within the Satispay Group.

Role Overview
As an ICT Project and Incident Manager, you’ll be part of the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Management team where project management skills play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and completion of activities. These skills involve meticulous planning, resource allocation, and goal setting, leading to increased productivity and reduced wastage of resources and are indispensable for enhancing efficiency and organization, enabling effective communication and collaboration, mitigating risks, and adapting to unforeseen challenges. You will be reporting to the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Manager and working closely with many teams and stakeholders within the Satispay Group.
Your Mission
- Smart IT incident management process implementation. Design and implement a continuous IT Incident Management process, including incident classification based on regulations and preparation of supervisory authority's escalation documentation.
- ICT project management support. Assist in project planning, task allocation, follow-up, and lessons learned within ICT projects.
- Smart IT asset management process design. Develop and implement a continuous IT Asset Management process, including support for Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning (DR/BCP) management and reporting.
- DR/BCP management and reporting support. Provide support for the DR/BCP management process and reporting.
- ICT risk management support. Assist in the ICT Risk Management process, remediation implementation, and reporting.
- Communication methodology definition. Define an efficient communication methodology applicable for both IT Incident Management and ICT Asset Management processes.
- Stakeholder engagement and escalation. Involve and escalate to relevant stakeholders as necessary, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
- Monthly progress reporting. Prepare and deliver a monthly overview and progress report addressed to Satispay’s Management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Documentation management and audit support. Ensure that supporting documentation is centrally available and updated, serving as the single point of contact during internal and external audits and supporting internal stakeholders as needed.
- ICT field expertise. You have strong and solid experience in ICT fields, demonstrating proficiency and expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of IT incident and business continuity processes. You bring a deep knowledge and understanding of IT Incident and IT Business Continuity processes, ensuring effective management and response.
- Analytical and results-oriented approach. You have an analytical and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn from failures and continuously improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills. You can bring excellent communication skills and make use of them across all organizational levels, facilitating effective collaboration and information exchange.
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred). You own an ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent, indicating your strong foundation in IT Service Management best practices.
