Information Technology Project Manager

Insight Global's client is hiring a Mid-Level Technical Project Manager to join their Project Management Office. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring quality and timing, removing potential blockers and ensuring all stakeholders have all the knowledge and information to contribute and deliver high quality and fast paced projects. This role requires the technical agility to work with multiple Tech Services & other internal teams and priorities, and discern best fit solutions in a dynamic environment.

The person in this role will be responsible for the following:

• Plan and drive multiple projects or programs with support specialists, product owners, development teams and management
• Help make informed decisions by partnering with leads on work methods and priorities:
• Develop and manage schedules for projects, ensuring alignment with teams parallel priorities
• Communicate effectively the trade offs and impacts of missed milestones and delays
• Develop an understanding of various Tech Services and operational business initiatives, objectives and guide technical discussion with product teams to influence product direction for market and operational fit
• Running team scrum meetings and retro planning
• Create and deliver informative, well-organized and impactful project plans, reports, and other project documents

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Familiarity with/experience with managing projects for data center build outs and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, any cloud is okay)
• Experience leading scrum planning and retros within higly technical teams
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Suite
• Experienced in Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build trust and relationships quickly.
