PROGRAM & PROJECT ASSISTANT / ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION

Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for various projects and events
- Assist in the preparation and copy-editing of publications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Updating internal files and databases
- Analyze project data and generate reports
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- Degree or professional administrative experience in an office environment
- Demonstrated administrative skills (event management experience is an advantage)
- Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- International mindset
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and poise
- Cultural sensitivity
- Required: swiss nationality or permit B/C of work.
