Overview

The People Operations Coordinator at Dept plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Human Resources department. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and empathetic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. The coordinator will support various HR functions and help foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting: Support the recruitment process to meet the organization's business needs.
  • Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans and other employee benefits
  • Onboarding: Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes by scheduling interviews and conducting new hire orientations, ensuring new employees have a smooth integration into the company.
  • Offboarding: Manage employee offboarding processes to ensure a complete and compliant exit procedure.
  • Employee Changes: Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, Bamboo data, and other HR-related documentation
  • Employee Engagement: Support HR initiatives and participate in the development of employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies, maintaining a secure and fair workplace environment.
  • Reporting: Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Availability to work from the office in Villa Crespo twice a week
  • Attention to detail.
  • A keen interest in continuous learning and development.
  • Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
