Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT System Engineer to manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and PowerApps. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, governance, security, and automation to enhance productivity and user experience across the organization.

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on SharePoint Online, Teams, and PowerApps in an environment of 2000+ global users
• Design, implement, and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and workflows
• Configure and optimize Teams for communication and collaboration
• Develop PowerApps applications and Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes
• Working in our ITSM (ticket system) to help our employees (2nd Level Service).
• Ensure compliance with security policies, governance, and best practices for Microsoft 365 environments
• Provide technical support and training to end users to maximize adoption and efficiency
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues on your own
  
  

Requirements

• Completed studies in IT, Computer Science or relevant experience in the field of IT
• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance best practices
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English is a must
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, MS-102, or equivalent) are a plus
