About the project, we need power for

The property management sector is a huge market with more than 18.000 property managers managing over 10 million building units and being responsible for complex workflows. ​Property managers are still missing the key centerpiece to digitize their processes: a state-of-the-art, workflow-oriented, and user-friendly digital operating platform.

We set out to take on this challenge and reshape a stale industry by simplifying complex workflows and making the lives of property managers much easier. At the current state, we’ve already reached an important milestone in building an MVP and being live with pilot customers since the beginning of this year, but the journey to the envisaged summit of delivering a truly unique and innovative operating platform for our clients has just begun. As part of this journey, you will be able to solve problems for a large market and imprint your own handwriting onto the product, thereby making yourself a name in the B2B SaaS space.

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with great problem-solving skills, who can take a proactive role in building upon an already well-proven, successful product (web-based property management ERP solution), along a stellar development team.

You will be implementing new features and improving existing ones across the stack (Frontend and Backend) and contribute to the technical design of new solutions.

You will be efficiently collaborating with fellow Software Engineers, Product Owners, Designers and Customer Support Specialists in an environment of continuous delivery of a high-quality product.

Besides programming, activities will include:

⏩ Technical design workshops (frontend/backend)

⏩ Brainstorming sessions with peers to come up with ingenious solutions (ex: Invoice recognition & processing with OCR)

⏩ Devops / delivery activities

⏩ QA & Automation

You shall bring:

✅ 2+ years of experience as a fullstack software engineer having

1. Expertise with Java Backend development Spring or JEE

2. Experience with modern Frontend frameworks (React / Vue / Angular) and TypeScript

✅ Experience with SQL databases

✅ Passion for creating performant and reusable components both in frontend and backend

✅ Sharp coding skills

✅ An eye for quality and detail

✅ Good understanding of automated testing principles and ability to apply them as needed across our tech stack

✅ Experience with REST services and API design

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with both technical (e.g. Development team) and non-technical peers (e.g. Product Owners)

✅ Interest to understand and challenge complex workflows and translate them into functioning software

✅ You are fluent in English (cross-border team communication) and willing to work in an international team

Nice to have:

⏩ Experience with DevOps & CI/CD systems

⏩ Know-how of containers (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes / Docker swarm)

⏩ Experience with cloud providers such as AWS / Azure / GCP

⏩ Experience using Ansible/Terraform

Some final words

You will be joining a dynamic and crossborder project team in Cluj, working closely together with product owners, UX/UI, and a development team of 10 developers.
