TIBCO Developer (API Management | Integration | GCP)

• UoP: 18 000 – 19 500 PLN gross / month

• B2B: 1150 – 1300 PLN net + VAT / MD

🧠 About the project:

We’re hiring an experienced TIBCO Developer to join a strategic long-term initiative focused on cloud-based enterprise integration. You’ll be part of an international team supporting a digital transformation effort within a high-scale environment — focused on API Management, event-driven architecture, and microservices integration using both TIBCO tools and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

You’ll play a key role in designing and optimizing integration flows across distributed systems, including real-time event streaming, API mashups, and workflow automation. Your expertise will help ensure scalability, observability, and stability of enterprise-grade services.

✅ Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing integration flows using TIBCO BusinessWorks CE (v6.x)
• Managing and publishing APIs through TIBCO API Mashery
• Implementing business rules and workflows using TIBCO Business Events (BPM)
• Supporting real-time messaging and event streaming with TIBCO FTL
• Building lightweight microservices with TIBCO Flogo
• Integrating with cloud-native environments – GCP, Kubernetes, and Anthos Service Mesh
• Participating in code reviews, release planning, and continuous integration workflows
• Working closely with architects, DevOps, and product teams to ensure solution quality and performance

🔧 We’re looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of commercial experience with TIBCO technologies
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• TIBCO BusinessWorks CE (v6.x)
• TIBCO API Mashery
• TIBCO Business Events (BPM)
• TIBCO FTL (Fast Transport Layer)
• TIBCO Flogo
• Familiarity with GCP, Kubernetes, and Anthos Service Mesh
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, event-driven design, and API-first architecture
• Advanced English – written and spoken
• Availability for hybrid work (1 day per week onsite in Warsaw)
