Role Summary:

A leading digital asset investment group based in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI). This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in wealth management and a keen understanding of the evolving crypto and blockchain landscape. The ideal candidate will combine traditional client relationship expertise with modern financial innovation, offering high-net-worth clients tailored access to blockchain and digital asset opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage long-term relationships with UHNWI clients, serving as a trusted advisor for both traditional and digital asset investments.
• Understand clients’ unique investment needs, risk profiles, and aspirations, and deliver customized strategies that include exposure to crypto, blockchain ventures, and alternative investments.
• Actively grow the client base through referrals, networking, and market outreach—particularly among investors interested in the Web3 and digital finance ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal specialists (investment, legal, compliance, and blockchain teams) to structure and deliver bespoke financial solutions.
• Educate clients on blockchain trends, crypto market opportunities, tokenization, and regulatory considerations.
• Ensure all transactions and advisory activities are conducted with the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality.
• Maintain deep awareness of global crypto trends, emerging tokens, DeFi, and digital wealth strategies to offer cutting-edge insights to clients.
