Lead Product Designer

We’re not looking for someone to just make it “look pretty.”

We’re looking for a design-driven product thinker who will shape the entire experience of a category-defining product—from 0 to 1. Someone who can turn chaos into coherence, wireframes into magic, and fragmented ideas into one hell of a user journey.

• We’re building the most powerful AI platform in dental—used by labs and clinics in 26+ countries, reinventing the entire dental workflow ecosystem. If you’ve built product design from scratch, obsessed over micro-interactions, or helped craft the design DNA of something brand new—this is your playground.

What You'll Do

• Lead UX discovery from the front—understand users, map flows, unpack friction, and translate insights into action.

• Architect and own our design system, UX philosophy, and visual language.

• Partner closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to turn first-principles thinking into usable, lovable, and impactful features.

• Bring high standards to every touchpoint—web, mobile, workflows, dashboards, animations, empty states.

• Iterate like hell. Wireframe, test, prototype, ship, measure, repeat.

• Balance clarity with craft. Vision with velocity. Beauty with brutal simplicity.

• Scale the design culture as we scale the company.

You Should Have

• 8+ years of product design experience in SaaS or platform-based companies.

• A portfolio that shows not just beautiful UI, but clear UX thinking and system-level design.

• Built the design rules, systems, and guides that others rally around.

• Experience taking a product from 0 → 1—ideally as the first or founding designer.

• Strong instincts for usability, hierarchy, information architecture, and flows.

• Fluency in tools like Figma, Notion, Miro—and an ability to prototype fast.

• Bonus: you’ve worked in early-stage startups, especially in healthtech or AI.

• Low ego. High ownership. Obsessive taste.
