Golang/Java Backend Developer

Location: Mountain View,/San Diego, CA

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Java/GO and modern cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in backend development using Java (Kotlin is a bonus) and experienced in building scalable microservices that leverage the Spring Framework, REST, GraphQL, and cloud-native architecture on AWS.

This role demands hands-on coding, architecture design, and end-to-end delivery of complex systems. You will be an integral part of a collaborative engineering team, working on highly available and performant solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Java/GO programming skills for backend development (Kotlin experience is a plus).
• Deep knowledge of the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, etc.).
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and working with GraphQL services.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases, especially DynamoDB and RDS.
• Solid understanding of AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, Route53, EKS, and infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins Pipeline, Docker, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
