Mzad Qatar, the country's leading digital marketplace and classified platform, is looking for a Senior Sales & Account Manager to join our leadership team.
This is not just another sales role — it's a senior position with a strategic impact. You’ll be driving B2B growth, handling major government and corporate accounts, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale B2B sales across Qatar and the GCC.
- Manage strategic client portfolios and ensure long-term growth.
- Prepare and submit Arabic government tender documents (Ashghal, QGP, Manaa, etc.).
- Represent Mzad Qatar in high-profile exhibitions, meetings, and industry events.
- Work directly with government stakeholders and ministries.
- Mentor and manage a team of sales and account executives.
- Track KPIs and sales goals using CRM and Excel.
- Resolve client escalations with speed and authority.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales & account management.
- Proven work experience in large companies in Qatar.
- Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
- Solid knowledge of Qatar's government tendering platforms.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to write reports and proposals in Arabic.
- Experience with advanced Excel, CRM, and tech platforms.
