Project Manager

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading project development efforts that result in sustainable enhancements in patient experience, grounded in strategic organizational reviews.
• Ensuring all project outputs are in line with CPESE’s mission.
• Establishing and maintaining efficient systems and methods to guide project delivery.
• Crafting detailed project plans that align scope, resources, timelines, and monitoring tools.
• Overseeing diverse projects focused on redesigning systems and improving service delivery models.
• Supervising staff involved in various project support functions.
• Managing execution using standardized frameworks, ensuring timely completion and seamless integration.
• Aligning project execution with operational and strategic hospital plans.
• Strategically allocating resources across initiatives to meet priorities.
• Anticipating and mitigating potential project risks through proactive strategies.
• Managing financial performance and ensuring projects remain within budget constraints.
• Conducting routine reviews and adapting project strategies in response to organizational or external developments.
• Guiding effective stakeholder engagement and maintaining project transparency.
• Continuously reviewing project performance and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Organizing, managing, and directing technical resources and project personnel.
• Maintaining effective communication across all organizational levels.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as delegated.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in the health sector following professional registration or graduation.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focusing on patient experience initiatives.
• Familiarity with recognized patient experience tools and methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and implement person-centered care certification programs at multi-facility level institutions (50+ beds).
• Strong grasp of hospital systems and operations.
• Track record of managing transformational projects that produced tangible benefits for patients.
