Presales Consultant

Our client, a leading IT services provider in the region, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join their growing team in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong technical background in data and AI, who thrives in customer-facing environments and can bridge the gap between business challenges and cutting-edge technology solutions.

As a key member of the pre-sales function, you’ll act as a subject matter expert in data product modernization, analytics, and AI, supporting enterprise clients with tailored solutions that address their transformation goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with sales teams to identify and shape opportunities within the data & AI space
• Conducting client needs assessments and aligning technology capabilities accordingly
• Delivering live demos, presentations, and customized proof of concept (POC) sessions
• Designing end-to-end solution architectures that meet business and technical needs
• Responding to RFPs/RFIs, preparing compliance documentation, and developing SOWs
• Supporting proposal development and bid processes in collaboration with technical and commercial teams
• Acting as a technology advocate for platforms such as Microsoft Azure Data & AI, Databricks, and other GenAI tools
• Bringing thought leadership and insights to influence customer decision-making and drive demand generation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture role
• Strong track record in working with data & AI platforms, preferably with experience in Microsoft Azure, Databricks, OpenAI/ChatGPT, and GenAI solutions
• Hands-on experience with POCs, solution design, and customer workshops
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and AI solution deployment strategies
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficient in creating compelling technical collateral: solution overviews, proposals, architecture diagrams, and SOWs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Mastery of the English language is essential
