Oracle is looking for a specification writer for our Identity and Access Management team. The candidate will drive and lead the ZPR (Zero-trust Packet Routing) Policy Language specification, and maintain its stewardship while collaborating with the open source community and product teams on requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in computer science.
• Proficiency in specification design and writing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience or coursework in two or more of the following areas are mandatory:

o Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Natural Language Processing

o Computer Security

o Programming Languages

o Big Data / Data Structures / Algorithms

o Operating Systems Internals – Design and Implementation

o Multithreaded/Multi-Core Programming

o Compiler Architecture and/or Program Translation

o Algorithm Analysis

• Ability to thrive and grow in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong design, implementation, and collaboration skills within a distributed engineering team.
