Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our Generative AI team. You will work on the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI systems-including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, multimodal generative models (GPT, DALL·E, etc.), and their integration into high-load product environments and internal workflows. This role combines hands-on engineering with architectural thinking to scale Gen AI across the company.

What will you do?



    • Design and implement RAG systems with hybrid retrieval (dense/sparse), embeddings, and orchestrated prompt pipelines.

    • Architect and deploy LLM-based solutions using open-source and proprietary models (LLaMA, Mistral, GPT-4, Claude).
    • Build scalable ML pipelines for batch and real-time inference, retraining, evaluation, and observability.
    • Integrate Gen AI models (text, image, multimodal) into core business processes and customer-facing products.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-product, engineering, data science, and ops-to deliver AI-powered features.
    • Evaluate Gen AI models for performance, cost, scalability, and alignment with company use cases.
    • Ensure robust architecture and security practices in deploying AI solutions within existing IT ecosystems.
    • Contribute to tooling and platform selection for model deployment, inference orchestration, and data flow automation.
    • Document and evolve best practices in Gen AI architecture across the organization.

    What are we looking for?



    • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, including deployment of production-grade AI solutions.

    • Expertise in NLP, Transformers, and modern deep learning architectures (RAG, BERT, T5, diffusion models, etc.).
    • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.).
    • Hands-on experience with vector databases (FAISS, Qdrant, Weaviate) and semantic search architectures.
    • Proficient with DevOps/MLOps practices and tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, logging.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML service stacks.
    • Strong architectural thinking with a focus on scalability, performance, and cross-system integration.
    • English language proficiency at B2 or higher.

    What additional skills will help you stand out?



    • Experience deploying multimodal models (e.g. DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Whisper).

    • Familiarity with Gen AI use cases in games, content creation, and enterprise automation.
    • Knowledge of ethical AI practices and governance.
    • Background in leading small teams or coordinating AI projects end-to-end.
