Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist. The position is hybrid, located in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, allowing some work from home. The Human Resources Specialist will manage HR tasks, including the development and implementation of HR policies, management of employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks will involve addressing HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the overall employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits
• Proficient in Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and flexibly in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the marketing or creative industry is a plus
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations

• Experience working with international teams
