We’re looking for an experienced IT Continuity & Resilience Analyst to lead and strengthen the continuity and resilience of Wealth Management IT assets. You’ll work closely with development, production, and risk teams to ensure systems are prepared, protected, and compliant with global standards and regulations.
We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversees IT continuity classification and plans, while ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Ensures disaster recovery (DR) plans and backup/restoration procedures are in place and tested.
- Coordinates and reports on DR exercises and follow-up actions.
- Maintains IT Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) data accuracy and compliance with frameworks (e.g., DORA).
- Collaborates with different stakeholders.
- Supports audits, regulatory requests, and awareness/training initiatives.
Profile:
- Strong expertise in IT Continuity & Resilience.
- Hands-on experience with backup/restoration and IT production environments.
- Working knowledge of IT architecture, risk, and cybersecurity.
- Certifications like CCRP, CRISC, ISO 22301/27001 are a plus.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- French (basic to intermediate level appreciated).
- Results-driven with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Familiarity with banking sector dynamics.
(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
