What we are expecting from you:

Creative Strategy & Brand Direction

• Own and evolve the visual identity of Modanisa across all channels
• Develop and implement visual strategies for digital campaigns, product launches, and brand activations
• Maintain visual consistency while pushing creative boundaries
  
  

Team Leadership & Art Direction

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of graphic/motion designers and visual content creators
• Review and approve creative output with a sharp eye and constructive feedback
• Build and manage creative workflows that ensure quality and timely delivery
  
  

Digital Content Creation & UI/UX

• Oversee the design of all social media content, CRM visuals, performance marketing assets, and e-commerce visuals (desktop, mobile web, app)
• Direct and contribute to UI/UX design for our web and mobile platforms
• Ensure seamless collaboration with the frontend development team for implementation
  
  

Retail Visual Design

• Design and direct the production of visual materials for our physical stores: campaign visuals, window displays, printed assets, and in-store branding
• Coordinate with retail marketing and visual merchandising teams to align visuals with store strategies
• Oversee the execution of retail print assets in coordination with suppliers and production teams
  
  

Campaign & Shoot Art Direction

• Define creative concepts, moodboards, shot lists, and storyboards for campaigns
• Supervise photo and video shoots, ensuring creative alignment from set design to final edit
• Integrate AI-generated visual assets into campaigns with a blend of innovation and brand fidelity
  
  

Data-Driven Creativity

• Collaborate with CRM and performance teams to optimize visuals for engagement, CTR, and ROI
• Participate in A/B testing of design solutions and iterate based on data insights
  
  

Stakeholder Communication

• Present campaign ideas and creative concepts to C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Translate business needs and audience insights into visual narratives and solutions
  
  

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in art direction, visual communication, or creative leadership (preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce)
• A strong, versatile portfolio that shows brand storytelling across digital, motion, and print
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with design system creation
• Hands-on experience with retouching, visual editing, and advanced layout composition
• Understanding of frontend development and close collaboration with tech teams
• Experience working with or curiosity about AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E)
• Proven ability to lead and scale creative processes and teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
