About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced AI Solutions Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering AI-driven solutions from concept to deployment, with a strong focus on aligning technical outcomes with business goals. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution—translating business needs into scalable, intelligent systems.

This position requires practical experience and domain knowledge across BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Retail, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors. You should be adept at applying AI and ML technologies to solve real-world problems in these verticals, such as fraud detection, demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders across BFSI, Retail, Industrial, and Manufacturing domains to understand business processes, pain points, and opportunities for AI integration.

Translate business objectives into technical strategies, architecture, and proposals for AI/ML solution development.

Design and build end-to-end AI systems, including data collection, preprocessing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.

Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and production-grade AI applications tailored to industry-specific use cases such as:

BFSI: Credit scoring, fraud detection, customer segmentation, risk modeling.

Retail: Personalization engines, demand forecasting, inventory optimization.

Industrial & Manufacturing: Predictive maintenance, quality inspection, process optimization.

Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to ensure seamless integration of AI components into larger platforms or products.

Continuously monitor model performance and improve system accuracy and efficiency.

Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and AI trends relevant to each industry

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development with a track record of production deployments.

Hands-on experience in at least two of the following industries: BFSI, Retail, Industrial, Manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including time series, text, and image data.

Proficient in designing scalable architectures and data pipelines using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on premises solutions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with domain-specific AI applications, such as OCR for invoice processing, churn prediction, or industrial robotics.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.

Experience with big data tools like Spark, Hive, or Kafka is a plus.

Agile/Scrum project experience and working with cross-functional teams.
