About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is based within the UK and offers flexibility with remote or hybrid working arrangements. As a key contributor to our digital projects, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-converting user experiences tailored to our target markets. Your expertise in UX design and front-end development will be instrumental in developing responsive landing pages, microsites, and creative assets that support lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovative design, and a solid understanding of digital marketing trends within the UK landscape.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background with expert-level skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A solid understanding of UX principles, particularly related to attention-driven layouts and form flow, is essential. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Photoshop is required, along with familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content support and prototyping. Candidates should have experience working with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager, as well as a good grasp of UK digital culture and user behavior. Additional qualifications include experience in fast-loading, performance-optimized builds, and a proactive approach to testing and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, mobile-first landing pages and microsites optimized for lead capture across platforms like Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks or vanilla JavaScript to deliver engaging, high-speed front-end experiences.
• Design and implement effective lead capture forms, including multi-step flows, progress indicators, and user-friendly UI components.
• Create banners, UI components, and creative assets using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or AI design platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to test, analyze, and optimize layouts, copy, and user flows through analytics and A/B testing methodologies.
• Stay informed about UK media trends, headlines, formats, and topics, integrating relevant themes into your work to enhance engagement.
• Prioritize user experience, site performance, and conversion rates in all development activities.
• Maintain code quality, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and adhere to best practices in front-end development.
