Position: Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall product strategy, define the product roadmap, and set key priorities.
• Deeply understand user needs through market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to define product features and technical requirements.
• Create clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and continuously enhance the user experience.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to guide product iterations and improvements.
• Support go-to-market planning and assist commercial teams in product positioning and promotion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Materials Science, or related technical disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS or data-driven software tools.
• Strong grasp of product management frameworks and best practices.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and large language models, with hands-on project experience preferred.
• Sharp product intuition and sensitivity to user experience.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese to operate effectively in a bilingual environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand complex technical domains.
• Experience or knowledge in materials R&D is a plus.
