Train better and smarter – as a Senior Engineer working on AI in Training and Simulation, you will play a pivotal role in transforming training by leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques to create more efficient training experiences. Successful candidate for this role will have the opportunities to work on many challenging use cases across a while range of AI technologies.

Be Part of Our Success

• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for AI-related projects, including but not limited to:
• Large Language Models (LLM)
• Agentic AI
• Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)
• Computer Vision
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Design, implement, and evaluate algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Document and present findings, methodologies, and results to stakeholders.
• Work independently to solve complex problems and drive projects to completion.

Qualities We Value

• Proven experience in AI and machine learning projects.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with developing and deploying AI models.
• Knowledge of natural language processing, computer vision, and speech recognition technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly.
