• Passionate about digital project management
• Proficient in popular digital local and RTB advertising channels
• Experienced in digital marketing (project management experience is a plus)
• Skilled in managing client expectations and team dynamics through effective communication
• Well-informed about translating business goals into digital strategies
• Eager to enhance your digital and project management skills
• Fluent in Latvian and English

As a Digital Project Manager, You Will:

• Help clients achieve and enhance their business goals through digital marketing
• Translate complex digital performance data into clear, actionable insights
• Proactively identify project risks and research solutions for day-to-day challenges
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful execution of client campaigns
• Work alongside our Performance, Analytics, and Creative experts to develop innovative digital marketing solutions tailored to each client’s needs
• Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback
• Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, track deadlines, and facilitate communication among team members
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies and decisions
