We have an urgent requirement for Flutter Architect (Dart, experience in Clean Architecture and modern state management) with experience in Enterprise or Large Scale Applications for our client based in Qatar

Strong hands-on experience with Dart, Flutter Web and Mobile, and related tooling---Must

Role Overview

Experience in enterprise or large-scale application development.--Must

We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Architect to head the design, architecture, and development of cross-platform applications using Flutter. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Flutter and Dart, experience in Clean Architecture and modern state management (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, GetX), and the leadership ability to guide a team of developers across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Flutter applications for both web and mobile.
  • Define Development Standards and coding guidelines across all Flutter projects to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Lead and Mentor a team of Flutter developers; conduct code reviews and provide technical direction.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate designs into functional, responsive UIs.
  • Ensure clean architecture principles are followed across all codebases.
  • Optimize application performance and load times, especially for web platforms.
  • Drive best practices for state management, testing, and deployment.
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party packages and plugins when needed.
  • Work closely with backend teams to align on features, timelines, and architecture.
  • Stay updated with Flutter ecosystem updates and proactively adopt improvements or deprecate outdated practices.
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently and ensure timely delivery with high code quality.

Required Skills And Experience

  • 8+ years of total development experience, with at least 3+ years in Flutter development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Dart, Flutter Web and Mobile, and related tooling.
  • Experience with Clean Architecture, Riverpod, or other modern state management solutions.
  • Experience in enterprise or large-scale application development.
  • Familiarity with backend APIs and microservices integration.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills, especially for Flutter Web.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, code versioning tools (Git), and automated testing (unit, widget, and integration).
  • Previous experience in leading Flutter teams, conducting code reviews, and defining architecture standards.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs, local databases (e.g., Hive, SQLite), and cloud services (Firebase, AWS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
