Role: NLP Engineer

Location- Hybrid (Gurgaon)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Mandate skills :

• NLP experience min 2years experience
• Familiarity with any of agentic frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar).
• Comfortable integrating with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and basic backend logic.

Good to Have :

• Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET or Python, with experience in NLP libraries.

Job Description :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, AI or a related field.

· 2+ years of hands-on experience working with NLP or LLMs in a production or applied research setting

· Solid understanding of NLP concepts — embeddings, tokenization, entity recognition, summarization, etc.

· Experience with modern LLMs and foundational models (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).

· Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar).

· Comfortable integrating with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and basic backend logic.

· Experience with prompt engineering and chaining LLM calls into workflows.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect solutions without excessive boilerplate code.

· Bonus: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), RAG pipelines, or fine-tuning models.

Nice to Have

· Knowledge of Python and working with AI SDKs.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field.

· 2/3+ years of experience in natural language processing or a related field.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET or Python, with experience in NLP libraries.

· Experience with text preprocessing techniques and tools.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for deploying/configuring the Gen AI Bot .

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
