Founding ML/AI Engineer

Up to £120,000 - £180,000 + significant equity

Central London – onsite

This is a brilliant role for any ML Engineer and AI enthusiast looking to work in a well-funded pre-seed startup with backing from US and EU investors. You’ll be first one in, joining two founders with several million dollars in funding (and several years of runway) to help disrupt an ageing industry with the power of AI agents.

You’ll be pivotal in improving their product and solving some complex agentic problems along the way. There’s an opportunity to build and lead a team, make an impact and push a product forward.

This role would suit an experienced founding engineer with a strong academic background, RAG and agent experience.

They are open on years of experience what matters to them is ability and passion for early stage AI startups. They have customers lined up already and are in build mode. They’re offering a serious equity package for a hands on founding ML Engineer.

Key skills required:

• Passion for early stage startups – crucial!
• RAG, Agents, Tuning LLMs
• Python, LangChain
• MLOps - infrastructure, containerization, cloud
