My leading Financial services trading client are looking for a talented, motivated and hands on Leader to head the Software Engineering department. In this role you will be leading a team of around 40 heads across regions.

This is a high profile role where you can really make your mark in the company. A brilliant opportunity!

The following skills / experience are essential to be considered:

• Strong years 10+years Trading experience as an Engineer
• Multiple years experience in Front office banking or commodity trading environments essential
• You must still be hands on in Java, Python and Java Script
• Excellent service oriented technologies knowledge (REST,JSON, SpringBoot etc)
• Experience with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD and Automation)
• Strong Enterprise Architecture experience
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure)
• Previously worked in Financial Services Trading essential
• Motivated, energetic and experienced collaborating at C level
• Excellent communication skills
