  • Based on the texts of the success stories provided by the BRS Secretariat, the consultant will: a. Conduct desk research to develop shooting plan for the creation of 6 videos (two per convention), and 6 social media-cut downs (two per convention) based on the on the texts of the success stories provided by the BRS Secretariat. b. Develop a timeline of video and soundbites for the final edit B. Video and shooting of B-roll as agreed with the BRS Secretariat C. Produce six 3 to 5-minute videos, and six social media cut-downs (45-60 seconds) Ways of working:
  • The videos will be produced with two rounds of comments made from the BRS Secretariat, after which the feedback should be incorporated into the subsequent cuts.
  • Copyright of all footage and music in the video should be transferred to the BRS Secretariat.
  • Submit the final versions of the video via file transfer in high-resolution as well as different formats for use on web and social media, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Bluesky and Facebook. Specific requirements:
  • The videos should be SPLIT TRACK AUDIO (natural sound on one track, voice, and music, of any, on the other track) should be submitted.
  • Compression H.264/MPEG4 or better video at 12000 kbps (minimum) or high-definition broadcast quality.
  • AAC Audio at 256 kpb
