Frontend Developer (Sitecore)

We're Hiring: Front-End Developer – Sitecore XM Cloud + Next.js

Location: Brussels (Hybrid – partial onsite due to secure network environment)

Duration: Contract (details discussed during process)

Languages: Fluent in English and either French or Dutch

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer with deep expertise in Sitecore XM Cloud and Next.js to join our team. You will be involved in building scalable, high-performance front-end applications, ensuring accessibility, and working with modern micro-frontend architecture.

Must-Have Skills

Sitecore XM Cloud

• Experience with SaaS/composable architecture, XM Cloud deployments
• Knowledge of Sitecore Pages, Experience Manager, content delivery integration with Next.js
• Security & scalability awareness

Next.js & Sitecore JSS

• Building and deploying integrated apps using JSS
• SSR/CSR, ISG, preview functionality
• Best practices for project structure & scaling

Micro-Frontend Architecture

• Building/composing micro-frontends (e.g., module federation, single-spa)
• Integration with Sitecore & Next.js

Front-End Development

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js
• Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Accessibility

• Strong knowledge of WCAG, semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard/screen reader compatibility
• Familiarity with testing tools

Other Technical Skills

• Git (version control)
• Docker & Docker Compose
• Container registry usage (e.g., Docker Hub)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Sitecore SXA, XP, Content Hub
• DevOps tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Sitecore Connect, advanced CDN, Kubernetes
• Sitecore performance optimization
• Accessibility best practices for React/Next.js
• Testing frameworks & migration to XM Cloud
