Freelance Graphic Designer – Brussels (Hybrid) – Up to €300/Day

Are you a creative professional ready to shape impactful digital and print experiences across Europe?

We’re working with a leading digital consultancy delivering innovative, inclusive solutions for public and private sector clients, including large-scale EU projects. They’re now looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join their growing creative team.

Your Role:

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll create visually compelling content for both online and offline platforms. You’ll work across campaigns, branding, publications, web prototypes, and more, making sure everything is not just eye-catching, but also accessible and effective.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing illustrations, icons, infographics, banners, and other visuals for digital and print
• Producing layouts for presentations, reports, e-books, and promotional materials
• Researching and editing visual assets (e.g., stock photos, illustrations) and managing related copyrights
• Supporting digital campaigns with creative input and execution
• Organizing creative assets and contributing to design systems
• Providing internal/external training on graphic tools and visual communication

What We’re Looking For:

• University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
• Solid skills in PowerPoint and wireframing tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
• Experience with Canva and similar platforms is a plus
• Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and time management
• Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders across campaigns
• Fluent in English (other European languages are a bonus)
