We are looking for a

The Tech Consultant (Procurement and Projects) (m/f/d)

(unlimited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden-Baden, Verl, Tallinn – flexible working conditions available

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation on the procurement process for new IT software and oversee contract management cases.
• Organize and prepare our standard business need meetings and stakeholder meetings to ensure adherence to existing procurement policies and optimize procurement processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT project monitoring.
• Ensure data quality in our core systems (Jira & Dynamics).
• Focus on creating and enhancing Power BI reports.
• Identify new opportunities for Power BI reports to improve our interfaces with Jira.
• Further develop the Jira Qube with a focus on SQL/Data Transformation.

What you need to succeed in the role:

• A degree in (business) informatics or a related field, or a comparable qualification.
• A background in project management along with significant experience in senior-level IT procurement cases is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with procurement policies and procedures.
• Proven experience in project management, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and effective stakeholder management abilities. Fluency in English for our diverse and international team.
• Knowledge of Miro and Jira would be a huge benefit
