Reporting Analyst

We’re looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our Analytics team. This is a key role where you’ll collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance to develop dashboards, analyze trends, and ensure data accuracy — all to support smart, data-informed decisions across the business.

What will you be doing?

• Building and maintaining interactive dashboards (mainly in Tableau) to monitor KPIs across business areas, including gaming, F&B, loyalty programs, player behavior, and marketing campaigns.
• Writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, analyze, and deliver actionable data.
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reporting, in close collaboration with the Data Warehouse product owner.
• Analyzing player segmentation, campaign effectiveness, and revenue trends to support data-informed marketing and business strategies.
• Supporting your direct manager with other analytics-related tasks that contribute to team performance.

Does this sound like you?

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing).
• You bring 2–3 years of experience in data analysis and building dashboards or reports.
• You’re skilled in SQL and familiar with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and can clearly explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
• You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Fluent English is a must; experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
