Role Requirement

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-focused HR Coordinator to support their busy HR function within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This is a key support role where the successful candidate will ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR operations, acting as a link between shopfloor employees, line managers, and the central HR team.

Working from the manufacturing site, you'll be responsible for coordinating onboarding processes, managing employee records, logging sickness and holiday data, and assisting with routine HR queries. You’ll also play a vital role in supporting time-critical processes such as payroll deadlines, compliance checks, and induction scheduling.

When operational demands ease, you’ll contribute to ongoing HR improvement initiatives, help prepare data for reporting, and support internal communication and engagement activities across the site.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities, and is keen to build their HR career within the manufacturing sector.
