Your Role And Responsibilities
- Work closely with Development team members, Product Management, Designers, Testers, and other stakeholders to finalize the development scope and commitments.
- Be able to deliver within expected timelines, milestones with the expectation of quality following scrum methodologies.
- A self-starter, growth-minded individual who is adaptive, is able to learn fast and take initiative in a rapidly growing and ever-changing environment and technology stack.
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Several years of experience in full-stack development. Coach and mentor the development team to drive and embed the engineering discipline.
- Robust system design and programming skills in ReactJS, NodeJS and Go Lang.
- Experience writing unit tests, integration tests and TDD principles.
- Solid knowledge on Agile methodology and practices.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and problem-solving skills.
- PHP development skills.
- Hands-on experience with Containers and orchestration technologies: Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Helm, etc.
- Strong understanding of Linux administration (package management, shell scriapting, system monitoring and troubleshooting).
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, or similar, to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stacks)
- Hands-on experience with Containers and orchestration technologies, cloud deployment, building CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Experience with OpenSearch / ElasticSearch (ELK, EFK Stack)
- Golang / Node.js / Typescript and ReactJS
- Drupal & familiarity with C, C++, SQL & scripting languages.
