YOUR CHALLENGE
* Design and develop Android applications and payment services
* Integrate back-end payment systems using XML/SOAP, TCP, and HTTP/S protocols
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full software stack
* Contribute to architectural design and implement secure, scalable solutions
* Mentor team members and support effort estimation and planning
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals

YOUR TALENT
* 8+ years in software engineering, including at least 6 years in Android development and 2+ years in a technical leadership role
* Strong hands-on skills with Java, Kotlin, Android, and C; experience with REST services and Android ROM is a plus
* Good understanding of EMVCo standards, PCI compliance, and secure payment systems
* Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills
* Proficiency with Android SDK, REST APIs, Docker, Jenkins, and Git
* Focus on EMV-compliant, PCI-secure mobile payment systems for SmartPOS and SoftPOS solutions
