The Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Content team within the Beneficiary Business Unit. This unit is dedicated to delivering seamless, inspiring experiences to Smartbox users—from booking an activity to enjoying the journey

.As part of a tight-knit, multicultural team of writers, designers, and strategists, you'll contribute to campaigns across multiple European markets, ensuring our visual identity is consistently engaging and high quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain high-quality product and partner visuals across various platforms
  • Collaborate with Content Specialists on CRM campaigns—from following detailed briefs to co-developing visual concepts
  • Support the UX team with UI assets such as icons, layout visuals, and interface graphics
  • Create light animations, short-form video edits, or motion graphics to enhance campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all formats and channels
  • Stay up to date on design trends and explore AI and automation tools for efficiency
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance design quality and workflow
  • Track and manage daily tasks using shared team tools
  • Work closely with content, CRM, UX, and tech teams to deliver on-time, high-impact assets


Essential Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
  • Skilled in Figma or similar UI/UX tools
  • Solid understanding of web, mobile, and email design principles
  • Excellent attention to detail with consistent delivery of polished visuals
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools and openness to learning new tech
  • Analytical mindset with a desire to learn from performance insights
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Proactive, solutions-driven approach and a collaborative spirit
