We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing client in Luxembourg!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a project that span multiple units.

The role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution : Develop project plans, schedules and resource coordination across multiple teams ;
• Drive the execution of project activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and cost objectives ;
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans ;
• Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams, units, and business stakeholders ;
• Facilitate regular status meetings, provide clear communication, and manage expectations across diverse audiences ;
• Cybersecurity Integration : Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists to assess risks and define security requirements ;
• Support implementation of basic cybersecurity controls.

Professional experience & background :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Busness Administration ;
• 7-10 years of experience in project management ;
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects ;
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) ;
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices or certifications ;
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), and risk management ;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills ;
