Description:
In this role you will work in a dedicated team focused on OT cybersecurity strategy, awareness and compliance.
The responsibilities and the impact you will have:
• Help driving the local cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps
• Collaborating with technical system owners in development of OT Cyber incident response plans and other related SOP’s
• Drive / support local OT asset management initiatives
• Define and implement cybersecurity standards for OT
• Drive / support Cybersecurity awareness / training sessions and OT cybersecurity initiatives
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that automated systems are in full compliance with regulatory requirements and company polices.
• Analysing and accessing security-related requests for deviations/requests for waivers and recommending ways forward.
• Support implementing NIS2 requirements
• Execute OT cybersecurity risk assessments.

Required Experience and Skills:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in, industrial automation, information technology or meaningful Engineering discipline is required.
• Demonstrated ability with Operational Technology environments, security technologies and controls (e.g., remote access, access control, firewalls, IDP/IDR, anti-malware, patch management, encryption technologies etc.) is required.
• Demonstrated OT Cybersecurity experience working in a similar role with a required minimum of 6-8 years.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
• Experience in industrial automation / Operational technology architectures and standards in pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• ServiceNow knowledge preferred
• CCNA (Cisco) certified or equivalent network knowledge / experience
• Self-starter, eager to learn and develop new skills, while demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• NIS2 implementation knowledge

• Good organizational skills, including experience organizing self and others, coordinating and initiating work arrangements with minimal direction and the capacity to work under stress.
• Demonstrated high level communication skills and excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills including the ability to work independently, flexibly and collaboratively, and to negotiate effective business outcomes. English required and Dutch preferred.
• Ability to create a path forward even if the solution is not yet clear or there is no standard process.
• Decisive, pragmatic and persevering with a can-do mentality.
