Network Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with deep expertise in load balancing technologies including F5 LTM, GTM, and NLB, along with advanced knowledge of iRules scripting. The ideal candidate will also have strong experience in DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) with Infoblox, and a solid understanding of application ports and network security, particularly with Fortinet technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain load balancing solutions using F5 LTM, GTM, and NLB.
• Develop and troubleshoot F5 iRules for advanced traffic management.
• Configure and manage Infoblox DDI platforms to ensure efficient IP address management and DNS/DHCP services.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to define optimal network paths and configurations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot network issues related to load balancing and application accessibility.
• Ensure security best practices in all networking configurations, particularly involving Fortinet firewalls.
• Document network designs, standard operating procedures, and configuration changes.

Essential Skills:

• 10+ years of relevant hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Expertise in F5 LTM, GTM, and NLB technologies.
• Proficiency in F5 iRules scripting and customization.
• Strong knowledge and operational experience with Infoblox DDI.
• Solid grasp of application port usage, protocol behavior, and network traffic flow.
• Experience with Fortinet network security products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional global team.

Desirable Skills:

• Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex network and application issues.
• Exposure to automation of network tasks and configuration management.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud network setups (on-prem and cloud environments).
