We are looking for a Data Scientist with solid experience in analyzing complex data, with strong technical mastery and autonomy to work in all phases of the life cycle of machine learning models. 🔍💡

Key skills:

• Proven experience in analyzing large volumes of data, with a focus on extracting patterns relevant to the business. 📊🔎
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and PySpark. 🐍💻
• Practice with classification models, especially Random Forest and LightGBM. 🌲⚡
• Experience with unbalanced data and sensitivity to the impact of sampling on results. ⚖️📉
• Solid knowledge of feature engineering, training, validation, hyperparameter optimization and monitoring of models in production. 🧠🛠️📈
• Ability to accompany and mentor more junior members of the team. 👥🚀
• Good communication skills, both with technical and non-technical teams. 🗣️🤝
• Autonomous profile, with a strong critical spirit and the ability to identify problems and propose improvements. 🧩
