Senior ML Engineer

This role is for a Senior AI Engineer to join a small, high-impact AI team building production-ready tools used by financial professionals.

You'll work on LLM-powered copilots, fraud detection systems, and real-time analytics products for portfolio managers, traders, and compliance teams.
It's a remote-first role based in Switzerland, with occasional travel to Zurich. Fluency in German is essential, especially for account management and client collaboration.

They're looking for someone who can take the lead on building out the Zurich engineering team, so leadership experience and an entrepreneurial mindset are important. You’ll be given real ownership from day one.

🎯 Key Requirements
• 5–6+ years in software/AI engineering
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with LLMs
• Excellent communication skills, fluent German
• Team leadership experience or clear potential to lead
• Proactive, self-motivated, and product-minded
