Your impact

As a developer on the LoadRunner team at OpenText, your work will directly shape the future of enterprise performance testing solutions trusted by companies worldwide. You'll help architect and build reliable, scalable software with a direct impact on how global systems are tested for speed and stability. With a mix of .NET, C++, and Angular, you'll be part of a collaborative and high-performing engineering team driving technical excellence.

What You Need To Succeed

Technical Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in software development, with strong OOP, multi-threading, and design pattern knowledge
• Deep expertise in .NET
• Familiarity with C++ and Angular is a strong plus
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Proficiency in test-driven development using tools like JUnit, Selenium, or similar
  
  

Soft Skills & Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage deadlines and deliverables with great attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating across distributed teams
