Be the NEX T In-house SAP HCM - SAP Business Analyst Human Capital Management!

We are looking for a candidate to increase our internal SAP HCM team in Portugal. The candidate will work close together the Central SAP HCM team.

Main Tasks For This Position Are

▪ Act as a core member of the distributed IT SAP HCM application team responsible for support and enhancements projects in a complex and integrated IT landscape in HR.

▪ Daily incident solving in HCM PA, PT, PY, OM (2nd and 3rd level support)

▪ Map requirements, processes and objectives, develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirements. Document AS-IS and TO-BE by identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions; supervise development activities when needed

▪ Support the global SAP ECC HR Roll-out, SuccessFactors Implementation, FIORI Candidate Profile

▪ 3+ years working in HCM area, preferably with experience implementing large-scale complex ERP initiatives on a global / enterprise level

▪ Demonstrated expertise in SAP HCM and hands-on configuration experience

▪ Demonstrated expertise in Time Management, and Payroll with focus on schema & Rules

▪ Availability to work with both remote (DE, US) and in house (PT) teams

▪ Experience at working and collaborating in an international team environment

▪ Self-dependent way of working, organized and building up official documentation

▪ SAP S/4 HANA knowledge is a plus

▪ Success Factors knowledge are a plus

▪ Willingness to travel to Germany

▪ Fluent in English (mandatory), German skills are a plus
