About The Role

At Essity we are going through our Digital transformation based on S4HANA and other SAP products. We have a Global template which has been piloted and we are now rolling it out to countries across the world. In this exciting journey we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager who could work in a team and contribute towards our program and roll-out projects.

As a Senior SAP IT Project Manager, you will be part of the central Project Delivery team and will play a pivotal role in the successful roll-out of our Global template across geographies. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from business leaders to IT professionals, both globally and locally, to drive project success. This role also goes beyond our Digital transformation program as we have several SAP applications supporting multiple processes and several projects helping business meet its objectives.

What You Will Do

Project Management

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects with focus on SAP applications, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify and highlight potential risks and challenges in project execution.
• Perform project reporting including overall performance of the program and project completion documentation.
  
  

Communication and stakeholder management

• Manage stakeholders be it Business or IT involved within the project or are part of receiving organization.
• Manage suppliers and partners who support us in Projects.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
  
  

Team leadership and continuous Improvement

• Establish and lead efficient project teams to secure planning, execution and progress review.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to align project goals with business objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects/phases.
• Coach individuals and interact over processes and tools and help the project team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them
  
  

Who You Are

• You have at least 5 years of proven leadership experience managing medium to large-scale SAP implementation and roll-out projects.
• Certifications in Project Management, Agile, and Scrum are a plus.
• You are fluent in English, both verbal and written, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• You possess strong skills in planning, executing, and closing projects
• Your advanced analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to address and overcome challenges that arise during projects.
• Your strong leadership and communication skills allow you to effectively manage stakeholders
• You demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, priority-changing environment.
